Project Advisory & Management
Independent guidance through new construction, remodels and renovations, or full project management when you want Canopy to lead the process on your behalf. Either way, we work for you alone.

Most advisors leave at move-in. We stay. Canopy keeps a standing relationship with your home: the right people for every repair, a plan for what to maintain and when, and advice on which improvements add value. When it's time to sell, rent or pass it on, we can help you prepare it alongside your listing agent.
